For women who are dissatisfied with the color or shape of their eyes, lips, cheekbones, hundreds – no, thousands of cosmetic retouching schemes have been invented. However, makeup artists have not yet offered a single effective way to disguise a not-too-attractive nose. All that can be done is to switch attention from him to thick eyelashes or, say, an open neckline. For those who do not want to make such compromises, plastic surgery offers a radical solution called rhinoplasty.
The approach used in rhinoplasty requires systematic preparation. When compiling a “layout”, the doctor takes into account many parameters: the nasolabial and nasolabial angle, the symmetry of the nostrils, the location of the bridge of the nose, the back of the nose and the dividing septum (columella). Of course, much attention is paid to the respiratory function.
Often, rhinoplasty is recommended for difficult breathing (aesthetic correction is combined with constructive). This technique is called septorhinoplasty. The work of the surgeon is facilitated by special computer programs that allow demonstrating to the patient his future appearance even before the operation.

Immediately after the operation, swelling is possible (not only in the nasal area, but also around the eyes), slight bleeding. In the list of prerequisites: sleep – only on the back, no serious physical exertion, abstinence from smoking. But pain after rhinoplasty can be completely avoided.
