Rhinoplasty is a plastic surgery to correct congenital or acquired nose defects. Flaws in appearance, especially the nose, as the central element of the face, in the opinion of the person himself, always attract the attention of others. The oppressive thought does not leave him for days, weeks, years, making it impossible to concentrate on more significant matters, poisoning life and creating numerous complexes. The main task of plastic surgery is to build harmonious, natural and lively proportions, returning joy and self-satisfaction to a person. These indicators determine the success of rhinoplasty, and here an important role is played by mutual understanding between the client and the surgeon, which we always try to achieve during the consultation.
The transition to the operation is not carried out without a virtual construction of the results of plastic surgery. The construction of a future nose model is not carried out only according to the wishes of the customer. This no less valuable stage is accompanied by a number of physiological and anatomical studies: external examination, X-ray examination, computed tomography.
On the basis of the analysis carried out, as well as the wishes of the client, his virtual image with new outlines is formed. It is worth noting that the resulting model provides an estimated, as close as possible forecast, and not an exact match. The final shapes and sizes obtained after restoration may vary slightly due to the personal characteristics of the body. However, this does not diminish the importance of the procedure. During the design process, the doctor and the patient agree on how they want to see the result obtained, and on the basis of this they select the appropriate method of corrective action.
Here, a proper understanding is formed between the customer and the surgeon, the risks are discussed, which forms the basis for an adequate perception of the results of plastic surgery, warning against excessive requirements.
Rhinoplasty corrects defects in the back of the nose , its tip and wings in one operation. Access to the operated area is performed in an open or closed way.

- – In the second option, access opens through incisions inside the nostrils, there are no noticeable scars, but you have to work “blindly”. It is impossible to say which of the techniques is better, each of them has its own advantages and limitations, and the choice is individual.
