Cheeks
After removing the fat from this area, the face looks thinner and younger. Sometimes the fat from the cheeks is implanted into the cheekbones to make the contours clearer and the features correct. During the operation, it is possible to remove Bish’s lumps, which make the face round and unaesthetic. If the laser correction method is chosen, the skin in the affected areas is tightened and rejuvenated by stimulating the production of elastin and collagen.
Chin
Most often, laser correction is performed, completely destroying fat, which is dense in this area and cannot be removed by non-surgical techniques. The skin in the affected area rejuvenates and tightens, because collagen and elastin are intensively produced.
Neck
The procedure is easy and common. It is best if the patient does not have large fat deposits in the chin area. The operation is usually performed according to the classical technique under general anesthesia, local anesthesia, or in a state of drug sleep. To achieve the best effect, it is recommended to combine the removal of fatty deposits with platysmoplasty.
Classical technique (tumescent). It allows you to effectively correct the contours and oval of the face. This is a low-traumatic procedure involving very small incisions in inconspicuous places – in the area of the earlobes. The diameter of the cannulas for pumping out fat is up to 3 mm, their head is flat, atraumatic. Up to 500 ml of fat can be removed in one session.
Laser liposuction of the face. The most popular technique due to its safety and non-invasiveness. The surgeon makes incisions or punctures through which a laser probe is inserted. The laser destroys and liquefies fat, which is sucked out by a vacuum apparatus or excreted from the body in a natural way. With this procedure, bleeding is excluded, because the vessels are immediately “sealed”. A great advantage is the launch of the synthesis of collagen and elastin, which leads to rejuvenation and tightening of the skin. In one session, you can remove 500 ml of fat. This liposuction is universal for both the lower third of the face and the cheeks.
Radiofrequency liposuction of the face. The device for such a procedure has two electrodes – an external and an internal one. The internal one is inserted under the skin through a puncture and destroys the fatty tissue, heating it. It also brings fat out. The second electrode avoids the side effect of skin laxity because it tightens the skin by acting on the outer layers. Bleeding is also excluded due to strong tissue heating.
Ultrasonic method. Fat cells are affected by ultrasound waves of a certain frequency. The fatty deposits destroyed in this way are excreted from the body in a natural way. The technique allows you to simulate the oval and contour of the face, tighten the skin.
